Carynn Rudolph, Founder and Chief Tactical Officer of Goliath Tactical Firearms Training and a recognized leader in youth services, violence prevention, and community advocacy. With over a decade of experience in program development, restorative justice, and firearm safety education, she has dedicated her career after service in the Marine Corps to empowering youth and families through practical, community-driven solutions. Recognizing the urgent need for proactive, community-based solutions to youth firearm safety and mental health, she founded the Goliath Youth Safety Initiative (GYSI) in September 2024. Under her leadership, GYSI is dedicated to empowering youth, equipping families, and partnering with schools to create safer, more resilient communities.

Charlie Watkins is the Founder and Chief Tactical Officer of AIO Defense Systems, Army Veteran, and a seasoned expert in tactical education and safety training. Bringing a wealth of experience in firearms instruction, crisis response, and defense strategies, Charlie joined Goliath Youth Safety Initiative (GYSI) as Chief Operating Officer in December 2024. In this role, he is dedicated to expanding GYSI’s reach, enhancing tactical education programming, and strengthening partnerships to ensure youth, families, and educators have the tools they need to promote safety, awareness, and responsible firearm practices.

Francisco (Leon) Aguirre is a restorative justice and behavioral intervention specialist with extensive experience in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and trauma-informed conflict resolution. As the Manager of Safety and Security at Montessori School of Denver, he develops and implements behavioral intervention strategies, restorative justice frameworks, and staff training programs to create safer, more inclusive environments. Leon has trained educators, school staff, and security teams in de-escalation techniques, crisis prevention, and conflict mediation, ensuring proactive and effective responses to behavioral challenges. In addition to his expertise in restorative practices, he is a Certified CPR Instructor, equipping individuals with life-saving emergency response skills to ensure preparedness in critical situations. Also holding certifications in Crisis Prevention (CPI), Trauma-Informed Practices, De-escalation, and Restorative Practice Facilitation, he specializes in providing training that prioritizes safety, communication, and accountability. At GT Tactical, Leon offers expert guidance on behavioral safety, restorative discipline, non-violent intervention strategies, and emergency response preparedness, helping individuals develop the confidence and techniques needed to effectively manage high-stress situations.
