Welcome to Goliath Tactical Firearms Training! Our mission is to provide high-quality firearms training to responsible gun owners and enthusiasts. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

3. Safety: Safety is our top priority. You are required to follow all safety rules and regulations at all times during the course. Failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal from the course.
4. Liability Release: By participating in our courses, you agree to release Goliath Tactical Firearms Training and its instructors from any liability for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the course.
5. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds will only be issued if the course is cancelled by Goliath Tactical Firearms Training. If you cancel your registration, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the timing of your cancellation and the course.
6. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during the course, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and written materials, are the property of Goliath Tactical Firearms Training and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.
7. Code of Conduct: We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the course. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or violates our code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the course.
8. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes of providing our services to you. We will not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
